Homing Requirements: Bowie needs a responsible family who are happy to do a refresher training course and support Bowie in his settlement programme within a new home. He would prefer to live with another dog and may settle with a dog friendly cat. He can be left short periods given initial support.
His Story: Bowie grew up in North London in a Victorian terraced house with garden. His owner surrendered him as he couldn't care for him any longer. Bowie is neutered, wormed and vax'd. He needs to be chipped. Currently in foster with another dog in Crawley, Surrey.
Advert: Bowie is Wowie! He is well mannered and enjoys other dogs company both inside the home and outside. He could possibly live with a cat as doesn't seem to react on seeing them. He can be left. House training will just need attention over the first 48 hours and he may need to be accompanied to the garden if its raining! Travels well in the car and people really bond with him through his charms.
Bowie is a 2 year old small Staffie cross. He is black with a white throat, chest and socks with a longer sock on his left front leg. In very good health, though overcoming a dry skin problem. Would benefit from a good quality diet and an exercise regime to continue to develop his skills. Bowie is an intelligent and caring dog.
